It was the 2nd edition of the BEA Awards organised by the Big Sam Entertainment Abuja. The Contestants were required to send in a 1minute sample of their recent dance works, the entries from different contestants were over 2000, the judges had quite a herculeous task choosing from them and finally settling for 10, which was later pruned to 6 and voting was made online.
