Happy Birthday to my spiritual leader, Rev. UBONGABASI
BIRTH
It was two weeks after Mrs. Maria Nyong received Jesus Christ at a crusade organized by scripture union at Nung Oku primary school field, Uruan L.G.A of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria in 1983, the most prominent herbalist then in the entire uruan L.G.A went all the way from Ifiayong uruan to visit her home at ekpene Ibia just to tell her that she was two weeks pregnant, and ordered that she abort the child because the child is not ordinary but sent to fight them and take their territories. Mrs. Maria Nyong said boldness and confidence suddenly came upon her and she challenged the herbalist (such was almost impossible around the area) she told the herbalist ‘’that will never happen’’ the herbalist threatened that she and the child will die, but she replied saying “There’s God that will fight for me”. Few days after the incident, God appeared to Mrs. Maria Nyong and told her not to be afraid, that what the herbalist said about the child is true, that He has seen the affliction of the people and has decided to send the child to destroy their powers and told her that the child shall be named “UBONGABASI” which interprets “GOD’S GLORY“, in AUGUST 22 1984 UBONGABASI was born to mr. Nyong of Ekpene Ibia, Uruan L.G.A, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria but about 2 months later mr. Nyong (the father) died and the mother raised him, the eldest sister and older brother by the help of God.
CHILDHOOD
It’s recorded that UBONGABASI mysteriously started confronting evil activities and wicked men at a very tender age of 4, he was noted by the surrounding communities that he will be a pastor because he will always force everybody that passes by him to stop for him to preach to, it amazed people that a child of his age that was learning speech could speak striking words that led to giving people no peace till they receive Jesus Christ, some dull Christians took challenge and began to preach the gospel, till date people who came in contact with him then still make references to how God used him to change their lives; like Mr. Emmanuel Sandy who said evangelist words were always very striking that you would not resist him.
Apart from UBONGABASI preaching, he grew up to be an unimaginable terror to the kingdom of darkness, at the age of 17 he fought prayerfully and went round shrines in Uruan L.G.A and declared their evil activities destroyed, of which his decrees will always stand. Example is a case of fire entering Nung Oku Uruan evil forest the same moment he made a declaration while he was praying at Assemblies of God with his prayer team. He declared forests in Nung Oku and other villages in Uruan L.G.A of Akwa Ibom state cut down in 2003 and it came to pass, a lot of historic confrontations and amazing victories are being recorded till date all over Nigeria, as he grows in that grace.
SPIRITUAL UP BRINGING/MINISTERIAL BEGINNING
He has his spiritual up bringing in Assemblies of God, where he was very active in evangelism since his childhood; he was baptized in May 1998 and was given an outpost commander in the Royal Rangers which he was 14years old, at Assemblies of God Adadia Uruan section, and at age 15 he was appointed and adviser to royal rangers Nung Oku Uruan section due to his amazing braveness and wisdom. In June 2002 he created another great record by becoming the first teenager to be consecrated a full member in ASSEMBLIES OF GOD No.1 Udokang Lane, Uyo, ( then most renowned ASSEMBLIES OF GOD in AKWA IBOM STATE, NIGERIA), by REV. J.C.CLEOPAS, ministers that was in charge of every stage of examination confessed that all their efforts to stop him from attaining the height at that age failed that he is not ordinary. In 2003, he was appointed the sectional evangelist in Nung Oku Uruan section by Rev. A. A. Obot (the sectional leader) against eight theological school graduated pastors in the section but he couldn’t hold the office since God has spoken to him few days before the appointment that He (GOD) has a special assignment for him to reach the world to preach CHANGE AND SHOW FORTH HIS POWER WITH PROOF and he must not bring the mission under any church denomination, though he was so much in love with ASSEMBLIES OF GOD where he was brought up, but he had no option than to obey God and leave the umbrella of the church as God instructed him, to fulfil his assignment.
PERSONALITY
Some call him prophet, some evangelist, some an insightful teacher, but the fact is that UBONGABASI DOMINION has an apostolic mandate to lead this generation to experience a greater dimension of ‘’God’s Glory’’. He is endowed to operate highly in all the ministerial offices even as he is an evangelist; his evangelistic ministry leads the way to carry the mandate of raising end-time armies of Christ to the world. He is a pace setter, a great leader, so creative and innovative, teachable, bold, confidence and so daring, he is very humble, simple and unimaginably compassionate but very fierce to attack what he must attack.
EDUCATION
He has been to Methodist Central (primary) school Adadia Uruan, Uyo high (secondary) school Uyo, Temple Gate polytechnic Aba, Abia state.
CONCLUSION
The vision bearer Ubongabasi hail rom Ekpene Ibia, Uruan L.G.A Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria The vision bearer Ubongabasi was born IN THE MONTH OF August 22 1984. Ubongabasi is the vision bearer of U.M. DOMINION MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL . He is the host of the popularly known program " HEALING GALORE " He is happily married to mrs Blessing Ubongabasi.
