INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE AFRICAN CHILD TV SHOW 5TH EDITION
It was another epoch making event put together by Champions Family International in conjunction with ACTEM concept to celebrate African children.
This 5th edition as put together by the Champions Family International witnessed lots of creativity, talents hunt and entertainment.
Mary Magdalene who was dressed in a colorful African attire anchored the red carpet segment.
After an opening prayer session, MC Obems, the Master of Ceremony introduced the Special guests who graced the occasion like Mr and Mrs Champion Mike (Hosts), Ambassador Oluebubechukwu Sharon James ( Youngest African author and Entrepreneur), Dr Raphael James (Award Winning Media Personality) Faith Brothers( Gospel artists), William See ( upcoming Gospel musician), Prince Eletu Azeez, (CEO of Eletu Concepts ), Joy Osusu (CEO, Nigeria Achievers Awards) to mention but few .
Confidence Esigbitse and Yomi Fashina spoke about the core values, vision and mission of the organisers, Champions Family International.
Mary Magdalene educated the participants on the origin and significance of the Day of the African Child , a day set aside by United Nations on the 16th of June, 1991 to commemorate the anniversary of the day set aside to reflect on the massive death of South African children many decades ago.
Award Winning motivational speakers, Mr Champion Mike and Ambassador Sharon James, both spoke on the topic "Stand Out ". They inspired the mammoth crowd of African young people to be the best in all their endeavors and make the black race proud. They encouraged everyone to inculcate values that will develop Africa as a continent and salvage the destinies of African Children.
Celebrity guest, Prince Eletu Azeez and others born in the month of June celebrated their birthdays in style.
The climax of the event was the presentation of Awards to :-
*William See, impressive upcoming artist of the year from Nigeria ,
Faith Brothers, Most creative African Gospel Artists from Ghana.
Akinola Shola, President of the Planning Committee who put together the event thanked everyone for coming .
The Event was proudly supported by Ecstasy Air fresheners, Glory Stephen Chops, Veeqy Stores, CRIMMD library, OZZYBEE Fan Club, The Entertainment Network etc.
