Briefing of the 2021 Ambrose Alli University Alumni association End of year dinner party, Award presentation and the launching of 40 self contain Hostel Accommodation.

According to the chairman of the Association, Dr. Austin T. Aghemelo, on his welcome address said: "The Home Branch of AAU Alumni association draws membership from Edo central geographical zone of Edo state. It is interesting to mention here that AAU Alumni association worldwide with 15 chapters spread around the major cities in Nigeria, United Kingdom, and North America started from Home Branch in 1989; just eight years after the University was established. The University has come of age after about 40 years of existence and our quality products are spread all over the world in different spheres of human endeavour. We have also watched with keen interest and satisfaction how some of our distinguished Alumni and Branches have made and still making effort to support the University in sundry ways and Home Branch has continued to play pivotal roles in this regards".

He further says: "The institution is no longer gaining Government support as it aught to be. He said government support for the institution has dropped from 250 million naira to 50 million naira. He added, this is why we should all put our collective efforts together to save our institution of learning. Ambrose Alli University AAU".

On Award presentation the chairman said: "Today, we shall be presenting awards to some distinguished personalities. Our decision to bestow these prestigious awards to them is in recognition of their selfless contributions to mankind in their various endeavours, particularly to the growth and development of our great Association. It is our hope that this recognition would spur them to continue on this path of Philanthropy. We are aware that their services and Philanthropy did not come without sacrifices, and for that we are grateful to them all.
